Q: What is Account Access?
A: We believe in equipping our customers with the best tools possible, whether it be on or off the job. That's why we offer Account Access as an added benefit of being a Partner Rentals business customer.
Account Access is an online tool that is available 24/7 to:
- Run and schedule reports for equipment on rent, invoices, and historical transactions
- Request equipment pickups and contract terminations
- Review and print invoices in PDF format
- Make payments online with a credit card
Q: How does my business sign up for Account Access?
A: Please e-mail the administrator at [email protected]. Provide your name, billing address, phone number, and account number. The Administrator will need to confirm your identity. Once identity and authorization has been established, we will mail you an "Authorization Code" and "Verification Code" for you to create your user profile. That user profile will become the system administrator from that point forward. You will then be able to set up additional users for your account. If someone from your company has already been set up as the account administrator, please contact that person to provide you with an "Authorization Code" and "Verification Code".Account Access Login
